1-on-1 Breakdown

Send me your videos, and let’s dive into your pitching mechanics! This virtual 1 on 1 breakdown consists of a deep analysis of your throwing and will allow for me to better understand the most efficient way to assist you in optimizing your skills. 


I will need 2 mound videos: 1 behind and 1 open side.

Throwing Program

The Throwing Program is targeted towards increasing velocity and arm strength, while decreasing the risk of injury. This is designed specifically for you, as it will be custom built to attain your goals and needs.


For in-season players, I will design a program that prepares you for game day, as it will include specific throwing instruction and important arm care to prolong your muscles.


For off-season players, I will create a program that will focus on pitching mechanics that will improve power, velocity, and strength, in order to prepare yourself for upcoming seasons. 

Workout Program

Throwing Program

The Throwing Program will bring structure and a routine to your daily throwing.  This will be targeted towards increasing velocity and arm strength, while decreasing the risk of injury. This is designed specifically for you, as it will be custom built to attain your goals and needs.

 

For in-season players, I will design a program that prepares you for game day, as it will include specific throwing instruction and important arm care to prolong your muscles. The program will also include arm care drills to help recover and stregnthen your arm.

 

For off-season players, I will create a program that will focus on pitching mechanics that will improve power, velocity, and strength, in order to prepare yourself for the upcoming season.

Workout Program

This Workout Program is aimed toward increasing strength output and explosiveness.

 

Usually, workout programs are generic and do not place emphasis on the individual’s needs; however, this will be custom built for you!

 

Instruction will be based on your stability, strength, and most importantly, your mobility as a player. The program will target the right, specific muscles to allow and help your body move efficiently.
